Devastation Rocks Midland ( Edenville Dam Breaks)

Wixom Lake


       This is what Wixom Lake looks like now after the Edonville dam broke. The water rushed out into the city and town of Midland were it caused extensive damage to homes and  business.  Leaving a path of destruction all the way through Saginaw County, and Bay County. At one point it look like all three of my sons woud have to evacuate their home. 

       A 100 year old artifact was uncovered when the lake drain.  This 1920 old steam engine help create the burm around the lake. Below is a 1920 toy replica of what it looked like.


   

    This is Marshall's street that he resides at..  The devastation  is becoming apparent. The flood water mostly affected Midland.  Our family is  praying for a quick recovery and that he will soon be able to get back in his home.
