This is what happens when you get 280 inches of snow.

      We see this quite often.  Here a car is parked in residents yard next to the highway on M 41 in Calumet.  The snowplows just keep piling up the snow to eventually the car disappears.  The Keweenaw County  eventually comes in and cuts the banks back with there huge snowblowers.  This car was lucky that it was not damaged.  We know there is another one just down aways that was actually hit causing a lot of damage.  I plan on getting a picture as soon as it is exposed.

       This is the parking lot at Burger King Restaurant.  As you can see it must cost these business a considerable amount of money to keep there parking lot open. Driving becomes a little more dangerous when pulling out of a parking lot or drive way.  Dollar General is just over the banks.

        This is a picture taken from  Steve's garage door way looking towards his house. Its basically walking down a tunnel of snow.  As you can see the snow shovel is now buried in the side of the snowbank.  Steve had the snow cleaned off the garage roof and had forgotten about the snow shovel.
