Let the Holiday's begin. ( The Tatted Snowflake )

      One of the most unique and elegant Christmas ornaments that we have on our tree is the Tatted Snowflake.  This ornament is  hand crafted with hook and thread, an art that is passed down from generation to generation.   Cheryl Kangas, our neighbor, presented a few of these snowflakes as a Christmas gift to us. She puts a lot of time and effort in making one of these ornaments, The ornaments are very beautiful.  A gift we will always cherish. The Kangases are wonderful neighbors.
 

 Each tatted snowflake has its own unique characteristic. No two are alike.
