Who would have ever guessed.

Of all place you would never think that Keweenaw Peninsula would have the oldest concrete pavement in Michigan.  As you can see this section of the road looks pretty good but a few sections are eventually going to have to be replace.  So if you want to say you drove on the oldest concrete road in Michigan, just drive up to Calumet Michigan, it soon will be gone.
