Cliff Cemetary (things that go bump in the night)
Donna and I decided that today was a good day to visit Cliff Cemetery. If it wasn't for the sign that marks the cemetery you would never guess that deep in the woods was once a place were family's would place there love ones.
While most of the tombstones were not readable some were dated back to the 1850's. Cliff cemetery is now over grown with trees and shrubs, the cemetery is now scattered with head stones and broken fences.
There were some evidence that some family members still visit there love ones. Posted on some of the graves were names of grandsons and granddaughters and great great sons and daughters of the decease.. A strange and eerie place to visit, memories of the Keweenaw past.
